3. Programmes & Services.
We coordinate advanced software incubator training, developer programs, and custom spatial education applications:
3.1 Program Descriptions
We endeavor to describe courses, syllabus content, and training outcomes accurately. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free or complete.
3.2 Applications & Acceptance
By applying to an incubation program, you agree to comply with additional terms. Selection and acceptance into cohort positions are at our sole discretion.
3.3 Fees & Payments
Where custom enterprise builds or tuition fees are applicable, you agree to fulfill billing obligations before the program start date or as mutually agreed.
3.4 Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are subject to separate program policies. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses, in which case liability is limited to refunding fees paid.

4. Disclaimers & Liability.
No Warranties & No Guarantee of Results
The Site and all its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. Participation in our courses, incubation tracks, or developer programs does not guarantee you any specific academic degree, commercial employment, or financial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.
